仕事内容:

【ポジション】 世話人・生活支援員

【主な業務内容】

・金銭管理及び生活費の精算

・役所手続きの代行・同行 ・通院同行

・居室巡回及び日常生活のサポート

・ご利用者様の生活に関する不安軽減と相談対応

・支援計画に基づいた自立に向けた生活援助

【業務の特徴】

・障がいのある方一人ひとりに合わせたカスタマイズされた支援

・ご利用者様の目標達成を伴走する形でサポート

・北区のグループホームでの日中・夜間の支援業務

・勤務時間13時~22時(実働8時間)の交代制シフト

・基本給:181,900円

・処遇改善加算:32,000円

・月給:213,900円~

【各種手当】

・資格手当:社会福祉士等3福祉資格で月20,000円、初任者研修等で月3,000円

・通勤手当:月20,000円(総合職A)、月10,000円(総合職B)

・住宅手当:月8,000円(施設から2km以内、一人暮らし対象)

・扶養手当:配偶者・第一子各10,000円、第二子以降各5,000円
