【業務内容】
デイサービスにて、ご利用者さまの日常生活での 「体の使い方のクセ」 に着目し、
動きをより楽に、スムーズにできるよう支援するリハビリを担当します。
歩行・立ち上がり・姿勢保持などに加え、
動作の癖を見つける細かな観察
疲れを溜めない荷重・動作コントロール指導
毎日の生活に落とし込める簡易トレーニング
続けやすい"生活リハ習慣"の設定
を行い、"動き方の質" を改善するアプローチが中心です。
介護スタッフと協力し、活動量や生活内容に合わせた継続可能なプラン作成を行います。
【1日のスケジュール例】
8:30 出勤・申し送り(生活動作面の課題共有)
9:00 受け入れ・軽い準備運動
9:30 午前リハ(動作観察・個別訓練・動きの癖改善)
12:00 休憩
13:30 午後リハ(習慣化トレーニング・軽運動)
15:00 フロア見守り・姿勢調整アドバイス
16:00 記録・翌日の習慣改善ポイント設定
17:30 退勤

勤務時間・曜日:
▼常勤 8:00-17:00 ▼非常勤 10:00-14:00 10:00-14:30 ※週3‐5日程度の勤務となります。 休憩時間:60分 残業時間:月 約3時間
