【広告企画・運用】TikTok広告およびMeta広告の運用メイン/福利厚生充実

【仕事内容】

TikTok広告およびMeta広告の運用を中心に、必要に応じてGoogle広告や

Yahoo広告といった検索系広告の最適化にも取り組んでいただきます。

また、単なる配信業務にとどまらず、「なぜ成果が出たのか/出なかったのか」をロジカルに分析し、

改善施策に結びつけられる力を重視しています。

将来的には、Web広告やSNS広告にとどまらず、Web全体のプロモーション施策を構想・実行できる人材を

目指していただける方の応募をお待ちしています。

  • 主な仕事内容

・meta広告・TikTok広告の企画・運用・最適化

・Google広告、Yahoo広告など検索系広告の運用(希望者)

・広告効果の分析と週次・月次レポートの作成

・成果に対する課題の特定と改善施策の立案

・バナー構成案・コピー案の作成(制作も可能であればお願いしたいです)

・LPの改善提案(LPO)

・運用媒体の最新情報収集とチームへの展開
