Background of the Recruitment

We are in charge of more than 10 digital media platforms including El Digital, El Girl, Cosmopolitan, Harper's Bazaar, Vancankun, Women Portrait, Women's Health, and Esquire. The content creation is done by each editorial department and our content hub.

Specialized editors from the News Desk, with strengths in fashion, beauty, and culture, centrally produce articles and distribute them across various digital media platforms. Web articles are not only published on each media outlet, but also on LINE, Yahoo, and other partner sites, generating traffic for each platform. It's a rewarding job that is recognized for its contributions to each media outlet.

In order to expand Beauty & Wellness-related content, we are looking to recruit editors from the News Desk.

Responsibilities

The main focus is on creating and delivering web content to increase traffic and user engagement on our various digital media platforms, along with general editing tasks.

Specifically:

• Planning, producing, and delivering editorial content
• Operating, analyzing, reviewing, and improving editorial content (utilizing analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Keywordmap)

Qualifications

Required Experience / Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in editing digital content or magazine content (planning, editing, writing, reporting, etc.)
• Interest and knowledge in multiple genres such as beauty, fashion, culture, and celebrities
• Ability to identify attractive content and topics, as well as idea generation and planning skills
• Ability to maintain quality and timely article creation and editing for various topics
• Proficiency in using various social media platforms and tools to achieve results
• Proficiency in image editing using Adobe Photoshop, as well as basic applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Knowledge and interest in Beauty & Wellness, along with content production experience
• Experience in women's media
• Managerial experience
• Web-specific knowledge such as SEO, affiliate marketing, etc.
• Experience with SEO, related tools like Google Analytics and Keywordmap
• Understanding of search engines and digital content delivery
• Proficiency in English (translation, negotiation via email)
