【概要・業務内容】
【仕事内容】
日本最大級のブロックチェーンゲーム「SNPIT」のモバイルアプリの設計・開発・運用をお任せします。
- Flutterを利用したiOS / Android 向けのモバイルアプリを新規設計・構築し、継続的に機能追加と改善
- UI/UX の向上とパフォーマンス最適化に注力し、ユーザーエクスペリエンスを高める
- Riverpod,Freezedなどのパッケージを利用した状態管理での開発
- Flutterの適宜バージョンアップグレードなどの保守
- アプリの可用性・パフォーマンス監視
- 監視ツール(Sentry)を用いてモバイルアプリのクラッシュやパフォーマンスを監視
- 障害発生時の迅速なトラブルシューティングと事後分析を行い、再発防止策を検討
- CI/CD パイプラインの設計・管理
- アプリビルド、テスト、デプロイを自動化し、継続的デリバリーを実現
- App Store / Google Play へのリリースフロー最適化
- セキュリティ対策
- モバイルアプリ特有のセキュリティリスクを洗い出し、適切な対策を実施
- チーム内外との技術的コミュニケーション
- デザイナー・バックエンドエンジニア・ブロックチェーンエンジニアなど、多職種メンバーと協力しながら開発を推進
- 社内外のステークホルダーに対して、技術的課題や進捗を分かりやすく共有

40万円~100万円(フルタイム)

【必須スキル・経験】
・Flutter でのモバイルアプリ開発経験(3年以上)
・企業での正社員としての就業経験(3年以上)
・チームでの開発経験
・大規模データ同期・複雑なステート管理・多様なバックエンド連携のご経験
・複数案件を通じた設計・保守の実績
・フルタイムでコミットしていただける方
