Missions :

You support the head sommelier in managing the beverage operations :

Stock management (cellar management, orders, deliveries reception)

Takes part in services (wine service, wine descriptions, non-alcoholics beverages)

Profile :

You have a strong interest in wine and all other beverage options, you have an excellent customer service and skills and a desire to deepen your beverage knowledge.

You have basic Japanese, English required; additional languages would be a plus

You are Japanese or hold a working or work/holiday visa

Work conditions :

· Salary : Between 250,000 yen and 450,000 yen (Gross)

· Workdays & hours: 10am – 11pm (Shift Work), 2 days off per week
