本ポジションは、アマゾンの物流プロセスにおいて重要な役割を担う外部業務委託配送拠点 External Fulfillment Center(以下EF)、Sort Center(以下SC)、及び拠点間の路上輸送において、もっとも重要な「安全」をLeadし、お客様一人一人に確実に商品をお届けすることに貢献していただきます。
Central Safetyは、アマゾンの物流を担う各拠点と拠点間輸送で働くあらゆる立場の方が、安全且つ安心して業務が行える環境を提供します。本ポジションは、担当するEF/SCと路上の自然災害・火災・オペレーションに関わるリスク検出、それらの予防措置と是正措置導入、事故防止と削減計画、について関連部署と実行します。また、標準化を進めることで、より効果的且つ効率的な方法を国内外のNetworkへ展開していきます。
具体的には、安全衛生年間計画の作成・実施、リスクアセスメント、変更管理、防火・防災対策の計画立案と導入、関係者の教育、遵法監査など担当EF/SC及び拠点間輸送での多様な安全衛生促進活動を通して、全体の安全レベルを高めていただきます。

Key job responsibilities
1EF/SC及び拠点間輸送の安全衛生目標計画立案と実行
2事故発生時の情報収集、原因調査ならびに是正対策立案
3Amazon Global Policyの国内展開、ならびに日本国内の安全に関わる手順書の作成・導入・維持と安全活動サポート
A day in the life
(1)出社とテレワークのハイブリッド勤務。
(2)週に3回程度、グループによる対面のコミュニケーションをAmazonオフィス(場所は相談可)もしくはAMZL物流センターにて実施する。
(3)月に複数回 出張レベルで国内アマゾン施設、協力会社様、事故発生場所に赴く。
(4)グローバルとの連携を目的とした海外出張あり

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1:正社員として5年以上安全管理を主としたEHS管理経験- 2:現場での安全指導と安全対策導入経験
- 3:法的及び社内規定に基づく要求事項に対する標準化及び導入経験
- 4:EHSに関わるリスクアセスメント、事故原因調査と是正対策の導入、EHS関連の遵法監査経験
- 5:チームマネジメント(2名以上の部下/3年以上の管理経験)
- 6:ビジネスレベルの日本語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来る)
- 7:ビジネスレベルの英語力 (ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営が出来る)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- ・ISO45001/39001の導入、維持経験- ・国内のEHS関連の法律に関しての知識
- ・交通安全関連業務の経験
- ・自分で課題を検出し、それに対して周りの協力を得ながら取り組み、周りの人を動かせるスキル
- ・スピード感とチームワーク能力があり、マルチタスクに優れ、自ら優先順位をつけ、効率的に業務を遂行できる能力
- ・事象を数値、データを用いて説明するスキル
