今回は民法放送局警備スタッフの

新たな仲間を募集します

【具体的なお仕事内容】

・駐車場出入り口での来場車両のチェック

・正面エントランス内、入場ゲート前での立哨業務

・外周巡回

来場者の異変にいち早く気づいて声掛けを行い、

施設の秩序維持に寄与する重要なお仕事です。

【訓練を欠かしません】

・不審者が凶器を持って来場した時の、防犯対応訓練

・ゲリラ豪雨発生時の浸水防止や排水処置対応訓練 など

不特定多数の人の出入りが多くある環境の中で、

緊急事態に対応するため訓練も行っています。

緊張感を持ってメリハリのある充実感の持てる仕事に

【担当する施設】

大阪市福島区にある民法放送局です。

放送局なので芸能人、社員、関係者含め、

多くの方が出入りされます。

施設の表玄関・外周をしっかりお守りし、

余念なく出入管理を実践する勤務地です。

【充実の研修制度】

■入社後、2泊3日の集合研修を実施(法定教育・指定教育)

・警備業法や礼式・基本動作

・護身術

・救命技能などを学んでいただきます。

■実務研修(OJT)

個人の習熟度に応じて丁寧に対応。

無理なく安心して実地研修を受けていただけます。

■フォローアップ研修

その他にも、毎年2回の実務研修や役職者研修、

職種別研修、管理職研修など、多種多様の研修を行っています。

マニュアルを作成し、訓練は日々を行っているので、

少しずつできることを増やしてもらえればOKです◎

警備員、施設警備員、常駐警備、大学警備、守衛、貴重品運搬警備、

夜間施設警備員、夜間警備や夜勤警備、パトロールなどの経験者

18歳以上(警備業務のため/警備業法第14条/例外事由 2号)

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00

※隣接施設での24時間勤務もあり

■シフト制(月9回、2月は8回)

■年間休日107日(3日に1回の出勤なので実質214日)
