1) Responsible for the machine that automatically forms chemical compounds into briquettes. Including transporting of raw materials into feed hoppers and unloading of moulded briquettes and transporting to the curing area.

2) Ensure manufacturing of quality briquettes and able to meet daily output requirement

3) When there is no production, technician is responsible for the 5S and maintenance work on this line.

4) Responsible for the proper manufacturing of secondary processed products based on customer standards including correct operation of crusher machine and milling equipment.

5) Ensure close coordination with cross-functional departments (Mainline Production, Supply Chain, Process and Quality Control)

6) Responsible for the correct storage condition of raw materials & weighed based on specifications

7) Responsible for daily maintenance of tools and equipment

8) Report to the Shift Supervisor for any equipment, safety and/or productivity problems

9) Implement continuous improvement ideas/projects (Productivity, Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Environment) on a quarterly basis

10) Makes Briquette/Offline daily reports for Shift Supervisor
