【仕事内容】
障がいのある方が一般企業へ就職するためのサポートをお任せします「人の為」になる、やりがいあふれる仕事です。イオングループの安定した環境で、未経験から長く活躍しませんか?
~具体的には~
- 就職に向けた訓練プログラムの担当(ビジネスマナー・パソコン・応募書類の書き方など)
- 企業見学、職場実習、面接同行などの就職活動サポート
- 関係機関(医療・福祉・行政・企業)との連携やそれに伴う訪問
- 利用者さまの個別面談対応
- 運用に関わるパソコンでの事務業務(基本的なWord、Excel、Outlookを使用)
- 就職後の定着支援
~入社後のフォロー体制~
入社後はOJTが中心となりますが、少なくとも1ヶ月は先輩がサポートにつきます。半年に1回、集中的な新人研修も開催され、知識を深める機会があります。未経験の方も安心してスタートできる環境です。

特別な経験や知識は不要です ほとんどの職員が未経験からスタートしており、入社後のOJTや研修で着実にスキルを習得できます。あなたの習熟度に合わせてサポート期間を調整しますのでご安心ください。
【ワークライフバランスの実現】
勤務は9:00~18:00の日勤のみで、残業はほぼなく、プライベートも充実可能です。有給休暇も比較的取得しやすく、年間休日117日(昨年実績)で、10日間の長期休日も取得実績があります。年末年始やお盆にまとめて取得することも可能です。
【社会貢献と成長を実感】
利用者の平均年齢は20代と若く、学校卒業後に就職経験がない方が社会へ踏み出す第一歩を支援できます。例えば、高校卒業後、一度も働いたことのない方が、当事業所でビジネスマナーなどを学び、就職を掴んだことも。彼らが自立し、社会で活躍する姿を見ることは大きなやりがいにつながります。
【キャリアアップの可能性】
契約社員から正社員への登用実績が過去3年間で4名あります。毎年8月頃に筆記試験と面接があり、要件に合致すれば応募可能です。公平な評価制度のもと、長期的なキャリア形成を目指せる環境です
