HR系のWEBサービス開発をご担当いただきます。
作業内容の詳細は下記です。
・TypeScript/React.js環境
・既存サービスの機能改善
・フロントエンド開発
・バックエンド開発
・要件定義/基本設計/詳細設計/プログラミング(製造)/テスト/リリース/運用保守
・別部門のPMやマーケティング施策担当者などの交渉折衝
・業務設計レビュー
・マイクロサービス化を見据え、リファクタリングを通じた保守性可用性の向上を意識した開発

1.会社紹介&ヒアリング開始(5min)
専任担当の自己紹介と当社の会社紹介後に、ヒアリングを開始します。ヒアリングでは、ご希望条件やスキルシート(職務経歴書)の内容に即して、経歴やアピールポイント、ご自身の強みなどをお伺いしていきます。
2.スキル面のヒアリング(25min)
スキルシート(職務経歴書)をもとにスキル面のヒアリングを行わせていただきます。ご希望条件の詳細(案件内容や単金)やスキル、経歴を中心に質問をさせていただきます。
3.案件のご紹介(20min)
面談当日にご提案できる案件があった際は専任担当よりご案内させていただきます。ご希望に即した内容となっていない場合も、改めて案件提案を進めさせていただきます。
4.質疑応答・通達事項等(10min)
全体を通して不明な点や不安に感じられた点は何なりとご質問下さい。最後にご連絡先の確認や、案件の進め方、今後の流れのご案内となります。
