仕事内容
具体的な業務内容
新卒採用/人材育成をミッションとするチームにおいて、人材育成担当として担当領域のリードをお任せします。

  • 人材育成計画策定に向けた社内外調査・データの分析
  • 人材育成計画に則った各種施策の企画・プロセスの設計・実行・効果測定・フォローアップ
  • 担当領域に関する現場社員、協力会社社員との連携(人材育成業務への協力依頼、PJマネジメント 等)
  • 担当領域に関する経営陣へのレポート資料作成、経営陣への報告
  • アンケート収集、分析
  • 予算管理
  • 担当領域を推進する上で必要となる、法令や労務観点の整理・対応

組織としてのミッション
会社の経営基盤として、人材採用や育成等の企画・開発・運用を担当。

必須スキル/経験
以下2つのうち、いずれかの経験必須

・コンサルティングファーム/事業会社での人材育成/研修担当経験(5年以上)

・教育研修コンサル会社での教育体系設計、コンテンツ企画・開発経験(5年以上)

※併せて5年以上の経験でも可

加えて、以下の経験必須

・Microsoft Officeソフトの使用経験(PowerPoint、Excelは必須)

・経営層へのPPTを使用した報告、プレゼンテーション

歓迎する経験・能力要件・キャリアや資格・言語
以下経験あれば尚可

・講師、ファシリテーターの経験

・人や組織についての知識(心理学、組織行動論など)

・LMS、TMSの運用経験

・採用業務の経験

・コンサルティングファーム/IT業界に関する知見

・コンサルタントとしての業務経験

・TOEIC700点以上の英語力
