Senior Management Team Member

About the Role:

• Lead the growth, profitability, and sustainability of a business unit through strategic leadership, new business development, client management, and service delivery.
• Advise at a strategic level on project conception, providing guidance on approaches to achieve client objectives.
• Coordinate strategic and operational management of Project Management.
• Establish success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
• Implement effective project governance, processes, and systems.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring production of detailed project plans.
• Monitor and advise on project finances.
• Take overall responsibility for end-to-end service delivery of commissions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate communication between team members and clients.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client objectives are met through delivery of value-added cost management services.
• Develop priority plans with risk mitigation, performance measurements, management controls, and critical success factors.

Qualifications:

• Recognized university degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience in data center, manufacturing plant, industrial project, or semi-conductor projects.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations.
• Strong relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
• Experience working in MNC companies is an advantage, along with ability to thrive in challenging and fast-paced environments.
• Identify and act upon business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross-selling opportunities.
