2. Marketing DX Division: AI x Marketing DX Support

• May 2023: Launched "DECA Fine Tuning", a GAI implementation and fine tuning support service that builds a unique corporate environment based on "in-house data x ChatGPT".
• June 2023: Launched "DECA Customer Support," an AI-FAQ / AI chatbot that automates customer response using "in-house data x ChatGPT.

3.OperationDX Division: AI x Business Reform Support

• Released "Corporate GAI", the fastest corporate platform using ChatGPT in Japan.
• Became a Microsoft Partner
• Developed a dedicated environment using Azure OpenAI Service and ChatGPT consulting service

◆About OperationDX department

We, the OperationDX division of Givery, Inc, help businesses automate their operations and improve productivity. Originally, we provided services through AI chatbots and AI FAQ services using our proprietary natural language processing and machine learning technologies.

With the introduction of ChatGPT technology, we expect to increase this speed exponentially. Therefore, we have been moving all the content of the services we have been creating to those using ChatGPT, and at the same time, we have launched a new service called "Corporate GAI Powered by GPT-4".

In the future, it will be impossible to work without ChatGPT.

Recognizing this major change, we at Givery have launched a new service called "Corporate GAI".

"Corporate GAI" is a service that makes it easy to use ChatGPT within a company. Usually, when using an account issued by OpenAI, data is used for machine learning and information security is a concern, but with Corporate GAI, employees can use ChatGPT in an environment where data is not used for machine learning.

Through OperationDX, our mission is to revitalize Japan, which has begun to lag behind the rest of the world, as a digital superpower.

Duties

• Develop, operate, and maintain web applications associated with Open AI and Azure Open AI.
• Development with modern processes and tools
• Design modules with maintainability in mind
• Develop new features according to roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders
• Create various design documents
• Plan data migration and code restructuring in preparation for the next release

Application Requirements

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in Python web application development/operation and maintenance (excluding custom development and in-house tool development)
• 3+ years of experience in team development work (Scrum / Waterfall, etc.)
• 3+ years of experience developing or operating web applications on public clouds such as Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.
  
  *Azure is the most important
• 3+ years of experience using CI pipelines such as GitHub Actions
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Python, Go, NodeJS)
• Knowledge of multiple frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Knowledge of multiple databases (e.g. Redis, MySQL)
• Experience with CI/CD
• Business level English communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Experience with AI API services such as OpenAI, Google Vertex, AWS Bedrock, etc.
• Experience building CI/CD.
• Experience developing against multiple computer languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Ruby, C/C++, etc.)
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask
• Experience developing against several other web application frameworks (Ruby on Rails, Django, NodeJS, etc.)
• Experience developing automated tests using testing frameworks like pytest
• Experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy and SQLModel
• Experience with database migration tools
• Experience with Azure CLI and Azure Portal

Precautions

If you reside abroad and are hired, you will need to relocate to Japan.
