【職務概要】

高級賃貸マンションの新規開発業務や、オフィスビル・高級賃貸マンションのリニューアルにおける計画から竣工までの開発における計画設計業務をお任せします。

【職務詳細】

※下記業務についていずれもご担当いただく予定です

(1)高級賃貸マンションの新規開発業務

特に希少性の高い土地にのみ建てられる同社の高級賃貸マンションを、実際に運営する事業部や設計事務所・ゼネコン・行政機関と連携しながら、配棟・動線・住戸構成等の基本プランを計画し、事業収益性や工期をコントロールしながら、竣工まで一貫してプロジェクトを推進いただきます。

(2)オフィスビル・高級賃貸マンションのリニューアル業務

築年数が経過したオフィスビルや高級賃貸マンションの競争力を維持・向上させる為に、物件毎に異なる立地・建物の特徴や建築の関連法規などを考慮した上で、事業部内の営繕担当(設備担当)や、社外の設計事務

所・ゼネコン・行政機関と連携しながら、リニューアル範囲、投資及び施工計画を策定し、竣工まで一貫してプロジェクトを推進いただきます。

※仕事内容は、会社の指定する業務に変更することがあります。

・ゼネコン/設計事務所でのオフィスビル及びマンションの設計経験

・新築マンションの開発プロジェクトの推進経験

・既存オフィスビルやマンションのリニューアル計画の策定、プロジェクト推進経験

【同社について】

東京で230棟超のオフィスビルの管理・保有棟数を誇る住友不動産。今後も都心部(六本木、八重洲等)に大規模ビルが続々完成予定です。

また、高級賃貸マンション「ラ・トゥール」についても現在東京に26棟ありますが、今後も新規開発を考えております

※一級建築士手当:60万円/年

【給与】

年収:800万~1100万程度

年俸制:月額667000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:年俸制

昇給:定期昇給は無、実績・成果により昇給(査定による 50万円ピッチ)

【勤務地】

東京都新宿区西新宿2丁目4-1新宿NSビル

JR各線「新宿」駅 徒歩7分

勤務地変更の範囲:同社の管轄する全ての事業所において、勤務地の変更を命ずることがあります(転居を含む)。ただし97%以上のビルが都内にございます。

9時00分~17時40分

【雇用・契約形態】

契約期間:無期

試用期間:有(12ヶ月)
