Description


OCEAN Global Network, located in Nagoya, is looking for dedicated teachers starting in June 2024.

OCEAN Global Network was established in 2001 with the goal of providing a rich learning environment and support for the children of Japan. We are a dedicated team of professionals with very high standards regarding education. In keeping with this, we have developed a highly effective curriculum with high-quality textbooks, CDs, and other teaching materials.

We are well organized, supportive, and have a positive working environment. As a result, we have a fine record of employment for our staff. Teachers stay on with us for a number of years. We have assembled a great team and are looking forward to new additions.

Many of our clients are in Nagoya, but our field of service is not exclusively Nagoya city, so applicants must be willing to travel. Each of our teachers is assigned a schedule at the beginning of each year. Daily travel time depending upon where you live may vary. Since travel is a part of this position living central to Nagoya is beneficial.



-Working Hours-

Wednesday to Saturday (3 irregular mornings).

Maximum of 22 teaching hours per week.

-Extra Job-

Tuesday Morning (about 2 teaching hours)

Averagely 20,000 yen per month as an extra payment

-Salary-

250,000 yen - 285,000 yen with a competitive performance-based salary in subsequent years.

-Paid Holidays-

Golden Week (1 week),

Summer Vacation (1 week)

Winter Vacation (2 weeks)

-Completion Bonus-

10,000 yen per completed month - paid with final pay

-Travel Expenses-

Monthly travel expenses are paid in full.

Contracts are yearly renewable.

Visa sponsorship is available, all applicants must have a degree or working holiday visa valid for or able to extend to cover the contract period.
