Job Description: The Global Supply Chain Direct Spend Category Management team at Entegris enables global supplier category plans and business growth objectives for semiconductor customers. We seek a dynamic Sr Manager of Direct Category Management in Japan to strategically manage category management team and commodities/suppliers in Japan, satisfying Entegris business needs. You will work with other Commodity Team members globally to enable synergy in actions and excellence in procurement practices. In this role you will: Manage Supplier Relationship and New Product Introductions programs, interfacing and developing relationships with high level executives. Traits we believe make a strong candidate: Our ideal teammate has demonstrated experience leading a team of professionals, motivating outside business partners, and developing sourcing strategies to enable a high performing global supply base. They will be resourceful in formulating solutions to manage situations that might arise. Your success will be measured by: • Preferably from Semiconductor Industry • Self-starter, good negotiator, and strong communicator • 8-10 years of relevant experience • Bilingual in Japanese and English • Education background from Top Education Institutions preferred • Experience working for US MNC and MBA qualifications a plus
