【 仕事内容 】

茨城県内の新築・改修工事における

設備工事の施工管理業務を担当。

安全・工程・品質・コスト管理を

現場常駐で行います。

・空調や換気・給排水、

消火設備工事の施工管理

・現場での安全管理、

工程管理・品質管理

・協力会社との打ち合わせ、指示出し

・工事進捗の確認、コスト管理

・各種書類作成、報告業務
