【仕事内容】

【組立工程】

(1) 部品の受け取り・かんたんチェック

作業台に届いた部品を受け取り、最初に目で見て確認します。

キズや欠けがないか、汚れが付いていないか、形や大きさが合っているかなどを、難しい作業はなくシンプルにチェックします。

(2) 管理された室内エリアでの組み立て作業

ホコリや汚れが付きにくいよう管理された室内エリアで作業します。

ねじ回しなどの手工具を使い、決められた順番通りに部品を組み合わせていきます。

作業手順は、立った目線の高さにある画面に表示される説明や、紙の手順書を見ながら進められるため、工場作業が初めての方でも安心です。

(3) 組み立て後のかんたん確認

組み立てが終わった製品を、その場で目視チェックします。

見た目に問題がないか、部品がしっかり取り付けられているか、大きさにズレがないかを確認します。

(4) 梱包前の準備・最終チェック

確認が終わった製品は、次に梱包の準備を行います。

清潔な専用の袋や箱を使い、二重または三重に包んで、汚れやキズが付かないよう丁寧に保護します。

(5) 最終梱包・出荷準備

製品がしっかり守られているかを最後に確認し、出荷用の箱に入れてラベルを貼ります。

発送できる状態に整えたら、次の作業に移ります。

※一日の基本的な流れは、(1)~(5)の繰り返しです。

【作業環境など】

  • 静かにもくもく進める作業(会話はほぼなし/あいさつ程度)
  • 作業ペースはゆっくりめで、焦らず取り組めます
  • 立ち作業のみで、体を動かしながら働けます
  • 作業はすべて室内(屋内作業100%)
  • ひとりで進める作業が中心(9割以上)
