【業務内容】

①利用者様の介護サービス計画作成

②訪問介護員への指導・育成業務

③利用者様・ご家族との面談・相談対応

④関係機関との連絡調整

⑤サービス提供状況のモニタリング

⑥各種記録・書類作成業務

【勤務時間】08:30~17:30(休憩60分)

【休日】週休2日制、年末年始、有給休暇
