誰もが知っている大手メーカーでの機能性研究

【細胞培養業務 50%-80%】

・機能性食品開発における食品エキスや化合物の有効性評価

:培養細胞の起眠、継代、マルチウェルプレートへの播種

:サンプル調製、希釈、分注、添加

:分光機器での検出

:細胞からの酵素抽出、酵素試験

:遺伝子、タンパク質発現解析

【その他業務 20%-50%】

・研究ツール開発の補助

・実験室消耗品の維持、管理

・常用試薬の分注、管理

・研究機器(インキュベーター、オートクレーブなど)の清掃
