・経費精算・業務情報に関する入力(専用システム使用)

・書類作成・整理(Excel・Word使用)

・請求書作成・処理(専用システム使用)

・備品管理・発注

・電話応対

・来客応対

・郵送物対応:郵送物の発送、入金確認、切手・収入印紙の購入(状況に応じて徒歩で郵便局に出向くことがあります)
