YOUR ROLE

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from different countries within the region
  • Prepare for a rapid advancement within the organization to eventually become our future leaders
  • Engage in an 18-month trainee program offering a comprehensive overview of the responsibilities and tasks within operations and supply chain management at Henkel Adhesive Technologies
  • Undergo three 6-month phases involving significant responsibilities and projects in production at our facilities, gaining in-depth insights into various operations and supply chain functions through rotations and participation in cross-functional projects
  • Get introduced to diverse supply chain and interconnected functions such as digital business, procurement, and sales, to develop a broad comprehension of the organization

YOUR SKILLS

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics, with a successful academic track record
  • Possess up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably within a multinational setting
  • Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge, with a keen interest in emerging technologies, digitalization, and data analysis
  • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with management at all levels
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in Japanese
  • Showcase strong problem-solving and analytical proficiencies
  • Have advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Display a strong inclination for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Be geographically mobile
  • Show readiness and determination to evolve into a future leader
