当社は設立73年目紙製パッケージの

企画・デザインから製造までを行っています。

業績好調により、今回、東京支店で事務スタッフ初採用します

あなたには、営業さんのサポートなど、オフィス内の「ちょっとしたお手伝い」をお任せします。

【具体的なお仕事は…】

〇雑務全般

〇納品書の郵送など

〇電話対応

〇営業補助

※営業さんから「在庫の確認お願いします」「出荷の指示書にある、これだけお願いしたいです」と明確な指示があります。

お願いする業務は営業さんの補助が中心。

事務経験がある方なら、「これ前の会社でもやったことあるかも」「あれと同じ感じね~」とスムーズにこなせると思いますよ

難しい作業はないので、しばらくお仕事から離れていた方も安心してください。

〇「15時あがり」ができる、ゆとりある毎日

「しっかり働きたいけど、家のことも疎かにしたくない」

夕飯の準備やお買い物、家族と過ごす時間もちゃんと叶えられるのが、このお仕事の良いトコロ

9時から15時(または16時)までの勤務なので、夕方前にはお仕事終了。

お子さんのお迎えや夕飯の支度にも十分間に合います。

家庭と両立して働きたい方にもピッタリな環境です
