【仕事内容】

アーキテクチャ設計から開発推進、チーム育成、ステークホルダーとの折衝まで幅広い業務を担当します。

大規模かつ複雑なシステムの設計を主導し、技術選定における最終的な意思決定を行います。

クラウドネイティブな環境を前提としたインフラ設計・構築を主導し、

開発ガイドラインやコーディング規約などの技術標準を策定・整備します。

若手・ミドルエンジニアに対するOJTや技術的なレビュー、キャリア開発のサポートも行います。

FinTechやPharmaTech領域で、基幹系システムのモダナイゼーションやSaaSプロダクト開

発などを支援しています。

エンジニアリング・ファーストの文化を持ち、多様なメンバーからなる高パフォーマンスなチームで開発を推進

しています。

【具体的には】

・ アーキテクチャ設計から開発の推進、チーム育成、ステークホルダーとの折衝まで、幅広い業務範囲を担当

・ アーキテクチャ設計・技術選定の主導トレードオフを理解した上で、

大規模かつ複雑なシステムの設計(バックエンド・フロントエンド・インフラ全般)を主導し、

技術選定における最終的な意思決定を行う

・ クラウドネイティブな環境(AWS GCP Azure)を前提としたインフラ設計・構築を主導

・ 開発のリードと推進自ら手を動かし、難易度の高い開発タスクを担当

・ アジャイル開発プロセス(Scrum Kanbanなど)を深く理解し、

プロジェクトのスケジュールと品質の維持に責任を持つ

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ ソフトウェアエンジニアとして7年以上の実務経験

・ シニアまたはテックリードとしてチームを牽引した経験(3名以上の小規模チームなど)があること。

・ 下記主要技術スタックのうち、2つ以上の言語

・ Spring(JavaorKotlin)

・ Vue.jsorNuxt.jsorQuasar-Go-C#.NET ASP.NET

・ AWS、GCP、Azureのいずれか一つ以上について、

高度な知識とインフラ設計・構築経験(Terraform/OpenTofuを用いたIaCの実務経験など)を持つこと。

【給与】

年収1000~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
