• We are seeking a highly skilled and process-driven Accounting Manager with strong experience in
• SAP and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the
• accounting team, optimizing financial workflows, and driving strategic improvements. Experience in
• B2C environments is a plus.

What you can expect

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes using SAP ERP as well as Tax filing support
• In charge of the Audit process
• Liquidity Planning/management
• Intercompany process and support direct retail business
• Support Budget preparation
• Design and implement process improvement across financial operations, with a focus on efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support business growth
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance culture and preparing future leaders

How you can convince

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience as a lead, including SAP ERP usage
• Proven track record in process optimization and operational excellence
• Experience in B2C industries (e.g., retail, e-commerce, consumer goods) is a plus
• Leadership skills with experience in people management and team development
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Business level in English
