日勤のみ 木の温もりを感じられる施設で、一緒に障がいをお持ちの方を支援していきませんか?
障がいをお持ちの方が「健康で幸せになれる」家づくりを目指している、あいあい緑園。無垢の木と漆喰で施設内のどこにいても木の温もりを感じられる明るくてあたたかな雰囲気の施設です。当施設での生活・活動を通して、障がいをお持ちの方が「家族」「地域」「社会」との絆をますます強く築くことができるようこれからも支援を行ってまいります。
当施設の魅力は、働くスタッフも気持ちよく過ごせる空間と明るく和気あいあいとした雰囲気。生活のちょっとした支援や見守り・話し相手などが主なお仕事なので、難しい介護の技術は必要ありません。出勤日は希望を伺ってのシフトなのでご家族をお持ちの方も予定を合わせやすいのも魅力の一つ。
介護福祉士などの資格をお持ちの方には、手当を支給いたします。
障がいをお持ちの方の支援というと難しく聞こえるかもしれませんが、特別な知識や技術を持っていない方でも大丈夫。利用者様を思い、思いやりの行動のとれる方、日々の生活に少し不自由を感じている方のお手伝いをしたいという意欲のある方なら、介護の資格を持っていない方・未経験の方も大歓迎です一緒に障がいをお持ちの方が安心して生活できる、明るくて楽しい施設を作っていきませんか?沢山のご応募をお待ちしています。

また例年、8月の暑気払い、12月の忘年会や社員旅行は全員出席という反響
勿論費用は会社の負担です。

平日・土曜日・祝日 9:00~18:00(土曜日祝日勤務はシフトによる)
