【仕事内容】

岐阜県内のお客様へ、賃貸物件や

売買物件のご提案をお任せします。

・来店、問い合わせ対応(1日1〜3件)

・希望条件のヒアリング

・内見の同行(社用車で県内のみ)

・契約手続き、引き渡し

飛び込み営業は一切ありません。

1組に約3時間。丁寧に接客できます。

慣れてきたらリフォーム提案なども

【1日の流れ(一例)】

09:00 出社・メールチェック

10:00 来店されたお客様の接客

12:00 お昼休憩(しっかりリフレッシュ)

13:00 物件の案内・内見同行(県内)

16:00 事務作業・オーナー様への連絡

18:00 定時退社(遅くとも18時半には帰宅)

残業は通常期ほぼなし

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

勤務時間9:00~18:00

(実働7時間30分)

原則は定時退社。

残業があっても18時半には退勤できます。

繁忙期の2月・3月でも残業時間は

月20~30時間程度です。
