仕事内容:

【求職者の方に向けた就職・転職支援業務】

就職・転職支援を行う対象は、第二新卒・中途キャリア(転職希望)の方々です。

1ヶ月20〜30人サポートする予定です。

【具体的な業務内容】

■求職者への電話アプローチ

■求職者との面談(転職相談)

■求職者への企業紹介

■キャリアカウンセリング

■履歴書・職務経歴書の添削・書き方指導

■推薦状作成

■紹介先企業とのやりとり

■業界・企業研究

■面接ロープレ・質疑応答のアドバイス

■就業後のフォローアップ

集客方法はスカウトサイトを使用しますが、弊社の自社サービスである「AIスカウト」を利用するため、スカウトを送付する作業はありません。

【インセンティブ制度について】

当社では、求職者の入社数や目標達成といった実績・頑張りに応じて、インセンティブを支給しています。

インセンティブの支給額は上限がないため、頑張りに応じた報酬を手にしていただくことができます。

9:00~18:00

休暇・休日:

土日祝休み

必要があれば会社カレンダーの共有は可能でございます。

給与:

月給には固定残業40時間分が含まれます。

売上に応じたインセンティブ支給(詳細は面接時にお伝えします)

最初の6ヶ月間は契約社員雇用となります。

正社員登用の際にパフォーマンスに応じて基本給昇給のチャンスがあります。
