We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director & Technical Leader to lead Device Technology in MMJ. This role will focus on key areas to develop DRAM technology and will require strong engagement with our DRAM co-development site in Boise, Idaho, as well as collaboration with other development and manufacturing sites in Japan, India/HYD, US, and Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a strong technical team in the areas of Electrical Characterization, Parametric Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Compact Models & PDK development and delivery to design.
• Drive the development and retention of technical talent.
• Collaborate closely with global teams and leaders in a matrix organizational environment.
• Manage projects, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Apply emerging technologies such as AI/ML techniques in relevant areas.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of DRAM technology.
• Expertise in electrical characterization, reliability analysis, model extraction, and validation.
• Deep understanding of electrical characterization lab instrumentation, measurement techniques, and related data analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proven experience as an excellent leader in managing people.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to learn new areas and apply emerging technologies.

Minimum Educational Qualifications:

• MS and/or PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Over 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role, managing a technical team in R&D or advanced semiconductor manufacturing.
