タクシー会社の総務ってどんなお仕事?

~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・~・

メインのお仕事は、給与・社会保険業務や勤怠管理、売上管理業務など、タクシー会社とはいえ、一般的な総務のお仕事と違いはありません。

陰ながらドライバーを支える存在として、皆さんとコミュニケーションをとりながら、お仕事をサポートしてください。

ゆくゆくは、タクシーの安全な運行のために、ドライバーの健康状態のチェックや勤務時間の調整などの業務を行う「運行管理者」のお仕事にもキャリアアップができますよ

実務経験を積みながら「運行管理者」の国家資格も取得が可能です

\\一日の仕事の流れは?//

午前中は、経理スタッフが担当している未収管理のお手伝いをしたり、社会保険に関する業務などを行います。

午後は銀行などへ外出することが多いです。

\\経験がないけど私にもできる…?//

まずは、ExcelやWordを使って、表や案内分の作成、簡単な四則計算ができればOK少し難しい計算式などは、ネットで検索をしながらで大丈夫です

勤務時間は、9時~17時半の日勤のみタクシー会社ですが、総務部には夜勤はありません。

月の出勤日数24日のシフト制で、基本的に日曜は休み24日中4日間が9時~13時の半日の勤務です

正直、総務なので決算期はちょっと忙しいのですが…それ以外は残業時間も月10時間程度。

趣味の時間や家族や友人との時間を大切にしながら、働くことができますよ。

シフト制(月24日出勤)

月~土曜日:9時~17時30分(休憩60分・実働7時間30分)

※うち月4回は、9時~13時(休憩なし・実働4時間)の半日勤務です。

残業:月平均10時間程度

月給195,000円~250,000円(基本給+固定残業代+各種手当)

※固定残業代(15時間)を超過した場合は、時間外手当を追加で支給
