• Masters or Doctorate in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics
• Or, Bachelor's in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics with 2+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry

[Language Requirement]

• Must have business-level Japanese proficiency
• Daily conversation level of English with TOEIC score of 600+

[ Job Details ]

Explore and propose optimal use of lithography and metrology equipment at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing

Collaborate with local field service engineers, sales, marketing teams, and technical teams at the Netherlands headquarters

• Analyze and propose solutions for overlay, dimension, and focus issues post lithography process
• Create and propose experimental plans for issue investigation
• Collaborate with the Netherlands headquarters to achieve desired equipment performance by customers
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments for equipment and option feature promotions
• Conduct customer evaluations and headquarters assessments of new equipment and option features
• Present at regular meetings with customers and the Netherlands headquarters

Mainly support customers at the Yokkaichi Factory

Support for Kitakami Factory and various semiconductor manufacturing facilities

*Basic salary + bonus amount. Overtime allowance provided separately

Possible changes in workplace location after joining due to business requirements to Hiroshima, Kumamoto, Iwate, Nagasaki, Oita, Hokkaido

Work Hours:
Core working hours are 7 hours 30 minutes (1-hour break), with the below options based on classification:
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Overtime work: Required
