■お仕事内容


□業務内容

・HP等を見てお問い合わせを頂いた患者様の受付

・患者様のお悩みやご要望のヒアリング

・メニューのご案内、料金のご提案、カウンセリング

・ドクターと一緒にプランや治療方法を決め、治療をサポート

・電話対応やデータ入力などの事務

・売上管理

・薬剤管理、発注業務

・勤怠管理

・スタッフ教育、育成など

■研修制度


入社後2週間はトレーニングセンターにて同期研修がございます◎

その後は配属院にてOJTでの研修をいたしますので、未経験の方でもご安心いただけます。

ご説明に必要な専門知識や、分かりやすく説明する会話術などを無理なく習得が可能です。

また、接客のご経験がある方はスキルを活かしてご活躍ください。

勤務時間・曜日:

月給 25万円~ ※経験による

固定残業代を含まない

※試用期間3~6か月あり(労働条件変更なし)

☆部門目標達成をすると、報奨金支給(最大月20,000円)

☆賞与支給は年2回(7月・12月)昨年実績給与4か月分

☆評価制度導入、昇給時期年2回(4月・10月) ※評価に応じて

交通費全額支給

出張手当(3,000円/日)

遅番手当(1,000円/日)

<モデル年収例>

Aさん(入社2年目):月給25万円×12ヶ月+賞与+インセンティブ=420万円

Bさん(入社3年目):月給28万円×12ヶ月+賞与+インセンティブ=470万円

Cさん(入社5年目):月給30万円×12ヶ月+賞与+インセンティブ=500万円
