Job Description
Manager to oversee the Sequence Lab team managing both Sanger Sequencing Lab and Next Generation Sequencing Lab.
- Management and operation of Sanger Sequencing and Next Generation Sequencing tasks, process improvement
- People management of lab employees
- Project management for new business development
- Customer visits as necessary (possibility of accompanying sales department)
Qualifications
- Experience in NGS and Sanger Sequencing operations and analysis
- Experience in some form of process improvement
- Experience in managing departments, teams, or project management (3 members, 3 years or more)
