仕事内容

商品営業部門での一般事務のお仕事です。

ギフト商品を中心に扱う部署にて、

通販サイトの受注〜発注を支えるバックオフィス業務を担当していただきます。

オンラインで注文された商品が、

正しく・スムーズにお客様へ届けられるよう、

事務スタッフとして社内からサポートするポジションです。

業務はチームで分担して進めるため、

事務未経験の方でも無理なくスタートできる環境が整っています。

【主な仕事内容】

  • 通販サイトからの注文データ確認

受注内容や顧客情報をチェックし、入力準備を行います。

  • 基幹システムへのデータ入力

商品番号・数量・取引先情報など、

決まったフォーマットに沿って入力します。

複雑な操作はなく、ルールも明確なので安心です。

  • メーカーへの発注処理

入力した情報をもとに、

メーカーへ商品発注を行います。

  • 売上・仕入れデータの登録

売上金額や仕入れ情報をシステムに反映し、

社内データを正確に管理します。

  • お客様へのメール対応

午後を中心に、

注文に関する問い合わせや確認事項へメールで対応します。

電話対応は少なめで、落ち着いて業務に取り組めます。
