Client Solutions, Workspace Solutions Group - Product Sales and Solutions Specialist

The Client Solutions, Workspace Solutions Group (CSG) is a business unit responsible for expanding the business of Client products (CommPC, workstations, displays, peripherals, etc. used by end-users).

We are currently hiring sales specialists to handle client products at CSG Sales. These sales specialists will be in charge of handling enterprise accounts, conducting high-touch sales activities with existing and new customers, building strong relationships, and creating sales opportunities.

The sales area focuses primarily on major metropolitan areas but covers the entire country.

Key Objectives:

  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within an assigned territory of enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and various sales activities.
  • Present and demonstrate the value and strengths of our Client Solutions and IT services to potential clients.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND STAKEHOLDERS WITHIN THE ASSIGNED CUSTOMER/PROSPECT BASE.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the extended sales team, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
  • Demonstrate an ability to create business value and deliver financial justifications that further account growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with PC industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our offerings.
  • Possess technical aptitude and a technical product understanding to ensure credibility with executives and technical evaluators.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to positively impact revenue through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the technology sales industry, focusing on PCs and IT services.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling to large enterprises and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the challenges faced by large organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Client products, including PCs and workstations.
