Assistant Sales Manager

At {company}, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan.

Summary

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through regular meetings, phone calls, and correspondence;
  • Visit potential customers to identify new business opportunities;
  • Serve as a liaison between the hotel and its current and prospective markets;
  • Gather market and customer information to inform sales strategies;
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations;
  • Evaluate personal sales performance and strive to meet or exceed established targets;
  • In addition to the above responsibilities, perform any other tasks assigned by superior authorities on an occasional or daily basis.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and customer service.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Advanced language skills in both Japanese and English.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is ¥4,500,000.
