仕事内容
We are looking for an energetic and creative English instructor to lead engaging, activity-based English sessions for children aged 6 to 11 (grades 1–6).
Rather than traditional classroom teaching, you will design and lead interactive activities such as songs, games, crafts, and presentations that encourage communication and curiosity in English.
In addition to regular after-school sessions, you may also:
・Participate in seasonal or event-based programs involving older kindergarteners and junior high school students
・Provide basic English lessons to our Japanese staff as part of internal training
・Support international exchange events and cultural activities within the community
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety and meaningful engagement with children and colleagues alike.

Ideal Candidate:
・Native-level English proficiency is required for this position
・Bright, energetic, and passionate about working with children
・Experience teaching English to elementary school students
・Holds a degree in education, linguistics, international studies, or a related field
・Able to work collaboratively in a team environment
・Self-motivated and willing to create or adapt teaching materials
Preferred Qualifications:
Japanese language ability (basic communication level or higher)
Currently residing in Japan
Valid working visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
勤務時間詳細
Working Hours & Schedule:
・Working hours are between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM, with a typical shift from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
・Workdays are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday events.
・You can work two fixed weekdays per week (e.g., every Tuesday and Thursday), based on mutual agreement.
During school holidays (summer, winter, spring), morning shifts may be available.
Note: English instructors are not required to work mornings unless they wish to.

Time Off & Scheduling:
Some of our English instructors take extended time off (2 weeks to 1 month) each year for temporary visits to their home countries.
We encourage open communication and mutual support among staff when arranging time off.
※Please note that April and mid-July to the end of August are our busiest periods, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in being available during these times whenever possible.

基本給:時給 1500円 〜 1700円
Transportation allowance will be provided in accordance with our company policy.

Compensation:
Entry-level (no prior teaching experience): ¥1,500/hour × 6 hours/day × 22 days/month = approx. ¥198,000/month
Entry-level (with sufficient teaching experience): ¥1,700/hour × 6 hours/day × 22 days/month = approx. ¥224,400/month
Note: Compensation may be adjusted in the second year based on performance, suitability, and additional responsibilities.

Our team is energetic and diverse, with staff in their 20s–50s. As of late 2025, we have two English instructors from Germany.

As this role involves working with children, smoking is strictly prohibited during work hours and on facility premises.
