Job Description

  • Specific duties:
    • Organizational management, mentoring young professionals
    • Product sales
      • Information gathering, analysis (market, channel, competition)
      • Addressing technical needs of existing customers
      • Developing business and sales strategies
    • Product development
      • Work on product development themes within 1-2 years
      • Market research, understanding user and customer needs, information gathering
      • Product technology assessment, lab experiments, factory prototypes, design verification, and customer evaluation
      • Product launch procedures, internal collaboration, coordination with partner companies, ensuring product meets customer needs
    • Production management, quality control
      • Issuing manufacturing instructions and quality education to partner companies
      • Identifying causes of issues, implementing preventive measures, and preparing reports in case of troubles
      • Participating in pre-shipment inspections at partner factories
    • Other tasks
      • Updating catalogs and website (advertising)
      • Providing product education to customers and users
      • Handling business trips and attending internal and external meetings

    Qualification:
    - Bachelor's degree or higher
    - Experience in organizational management or as a project/team leader (scale not specified)
    - At least 5 years of experience in one of the following areas:
    1. Technical sales or sales in the electrical/electronics field
    2. Developing sales strategies or product marketing
    3. Design experience in electrical instrumentation products
    - Experience in facility maintenance, facility management, or manufacturing
    - Licensed electrician or construction management engineer
    - Certified Quality Control tester (Level 2)
    - Proactive individual with strong communication skills to address customer needs promptly
    - Employment type: Full-time
