職務内容

  • 大規模プロジェクトのPMO(Orchestration)サービス提供
  • プロジェクトマネジメント課題の特定・改善策の提案
  • デジタルツールを活用した管理手法の自動化・効率化推進
  • 社内外のステークホルダーを巻き込み、プロジェクト成功に導く

理想の人材

  • コンサルティングファームまたは大手SIerでのPM/PMO経験(3年以上)
  • 組織マネジメント改革や大規模プロジェクト推進の実績
  • Hands-onで課題解決を推進できる方
  • 英語力歓迎(必須ではありません)

条件・待遇

  • 年収:1,200万円〜5,000万円
  • ハイブリッド勤務(本社・顧客先・在宅)
