仕事内容:
人材サービス企業の正社員として、さまざまな契約企業で事務業務を担当していただくお仕事です。
配属先は、製造業・サービス業・オフィス系企業など多岐にわたり、地域や企業活動を支えるバックオフィス業務を通じて、人や社会の役に立つ仕事に携わることができます。
配属前には、事務職として必要な基礎を身につける研修からスタートします。
パソコンの基本操作やデータ入力、ビジネスメールの書き方などを一から学べるため、事務未経験の方でも安心して始められる環境です。
「パソコンを使った仕事が初めて」という方も、段階的にスキルを習得できます。
研修後は、一人ひとりの適性や得意分野、性格面を考慮し、最も力を発揮できる企業へ配属します。配属先でいきなり難しい業務を任されることはなく、先輩社員や周囲のサポートを受けながら、少しずつ業務の幅を広げていけます。
【主な仕事内容】
・パソコンを使用したデータ入力、データ集計
・各種書類や資料の作成サポート
・伝票整理、簡単な経理補助業務
・電話対応、メール対応などの社内外対応
・受発注業務や営業事務のサポート業務
すべて事務職としての業務で、コールセンター業務など別職種への配属はありません。実際に、現在活躍しているスタッフの約9割が未経験から事務職をスタートしています。
複数名採用のため、入社時期が近い仲間と一緒にスタートできるのも特徴です。中途入社でも「同期」ができ、悩みや不安を共有しながら成長できます。配属後も月1回の面談を実施し、仕事やキャリアについて相談できるフォロー体制を整えています。
事務職としての経験を積みたい方、安定した環境でスキルアップしたい方に向いているお仕事です。
