仕事内容:

• Teaching immersion-based English to children (ages 3–17) through creative activities (cooking, science, art, etc.).
• Contributing to the school's "Second Stage," with opportunities to help develop new programs like study abroad support and international exchange in collaboration with our advisor in Australia.
• Partnering with the owner to maintain our high standards of care and education.
• The role includes some light communication with parents. Support from Japanese staff is available when needed.

Must Have

• A flexible and reliable teacher who enjoys working with children

• At least 2 years of professional teaching experience with young learners

(institutional or school-based experience required; private or home-based tutoring alone is not sufficient)

勤務時間・曜日:

Possible Work Hours

Tuesday–Friday: 15:30–20:30

Saturday: 9:00–11:00

Teachers will be scheduled for some classes within these time ranges, depending on availability and mutual agreement.

The end of July- early Aug (about 3-6days) 9:30-14:30

休暇・休日:

• The school is closed on Sundays and Mondays (2026 school year)
• Teachers receive approximately two weeks off during each of the spring, summer, and winter breaks

給与:

Pay & Trial Period

• ¥2,400 per 60-minute lesson (standard rate)
• A 1-year trial period applies to all new teachers
• During the first 2 months of the trial period, training hours are paid at ¥1,500 per hour
• Wage increases are available based on performance, reliability, and professional conduct
• Transportation allowance is available for applicable commuting costs, up to ¥1,000 per day and ¥10,000 per month.
• Path to Full-Time: We are looking for a long-term partner. For the right candidate who demonstrates exceptional commitment and contributes to the growth of our programs, there is a clear path to transition to a full-time position.
