仕事内容:

トルコンバーター(ATトランスミッション部品)の組立・加工・検査スタッフ募集(未経験歓迎・モノづくり)

自動車のオートマチックトランスミッション(AT)に使用されるトルコンバーターの製造工程で、組立・加工・検査を担当するお仕事です。

精密部品を扱うため、手先の器用さや集中力が活かせますが、研修やマニュアルがあるため未経験の方も安心です。

具体的な作業内容

①組立作業

・トルコンバーターの各部品(ケース・インペラー・タービンなど)を手順書に沿って組み立てます。

・工具や電動ドライバーを使用して部品を固定し、正確に組み合わせます。

・ライン作業や個別作業など、工程に応じた作業を行います。

②加工業務

・旋盤やフライス盤、プレスなどの加工機を使い、部品の形状や寸法を整えます。

・加工後の部品を取り出し、形状や精度を確認します。

③検査業務

・組立・加工済みの部品を外観検査、寸法確認。

・キズや汚れ、規格外品がないかチェックし、品質を確保します。

④付随業務

・材料の補充や工具の準備、作業エリアの整理整頓。

・完成品の梱包や次工程への搬送などのサポート。
