プログラミング・書道・英語

絵画造形・算数などの習いごと付き

民間学童です。

子どもたち一人一人の好奇心を

ゆっくり育み、自主性、社会性、

創造性やコミュニケーション力、

表現力、問題解決力など、

様々なスキル習得のための

サポートを行っています。

週1回のミーティングがあるので、

フォロー体制はバッチリ

お困り事があれば

何でもご相談くださいね

子どもたちの長期休み期間には

イベントや遠足も実施します。

遠足先の中にはOsaka Metroの施設もあり

他の学童とは違う楽しさも

「今日はができるようになったんですよ」

保護者の方とのコミュニケーションで

子どもたちのできたことや

経験したことを共有

一緒に成長の喜びを分かち合いましょう

<仕事内容>

えすこーとOsaka Metro

都島駅前校 教室長

  • 教室長としての業務

・子どもたちや保護者の方との

コミュニケーション

・入退会時の面談や問い合わせ対応、

各種手続き

・スタッフの育成、シフト・勤怠管理

・教室運営に伴う数値管理

・新規集客、プロモーション企画および実行

・各種習いごとのサポート

・宿題や塾用テキストでの学習指導

・学童保育の環境整備

・送迎業務

  • その他、教室運営業務全般

日によりますが、

生徒数10~30名に対して、

スタッフ2~6名で対応します。

対象児童は幼児(年長)から小学6年生。

講師1名につき生徒5名を

担当する少人数制で、

しっかり子どもたちと

向き合うお仕事です。

当施設では、子どもの成長に沿って

学力・コミュニケーション能力をはじめ

表現力・問題解決力などを

育んでいけるように

手厚い保育体制と習いごと

を用意しています。

学校の宿題もしっかりサポートしながら、

放課後の時間が子どもたちの

将来に結びつくような

有意義な時間となるよう

スタッフ一同取り組んでいきます。

※大阪市阿倍野区にも新規校舎オープン予定

新規校舎でお仕事して頂く場合もあり

求めている人材

  • 大卒以上
  • 基本的なPC操作が出来る方(Excel・Word)
  • 教育事業経験者のみの募集

※教室長の経験がない方でも、

研修が充実しているので

サポート体制が整っています。

<こんな経験・資格をお持ちの方は活かせます>

*教員免許、幼稚園教諭・保育士免許

*学校現場での教員(学年主任・部活顧問

などマネジメント経験のある方)

*塾等の教育系フランチャイズ教室での

マネージャー経験

*教育系NPO/子ども支援団体での

チーム運営やプロジェクトリーダー経験

*その他、教育とマネジメントの

両方に関わった経験をお持ちの方

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1週あたり40時間

週平均実働40時間

例)

10:30~19:30

11:00〜20:00

※実働8時間・休憩1時間

※夏休みなど長期休暇の場合、

交代制で朝からの勤務となる

場合があります。

契約更新期間:6ヶ月毎の契約更新

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 28万円

固定残業代:なし
