<業務詳細>
PMとしてチームをリードする方大募集。
官公庁やメガバンク、大手通信キャリア、小売・アパレル・ECといったビッグユーザー案件、ユーザー系のプライム案件、大手ベンダー系の案件に参画。
自社社員中心のチームにおける開発案件のPMとしてプロジェクトの進行をしていただきます。
・プロジェクトマネジメント(企画立案~納品までの実工程の工数・予算管理 含むマネジメント)
・メンバー育成(技術・組織の両輪におけるマネジメント)
・コンサルティング(戦略立案、企画提案)
・営業同行(ヒアリング・プレゼン)
<具体的な仕事内容>
■下記のいずれかをお願いしたいと考えています。
・当社のエンジニアと第一線でプロジェクト進行に携わって頂きたい(現職はラインマネジメントなどが主でもう一度、直接セッション取りながら現場復帰をしたいという方にオススメ)
・エンジニア育成に携わって頂きたい(後世に残せる人材育成をしたいという方にオススメで一緒に育成の仕組み、座組を作っていきましょう)

・開発/システム開発(Web系・オープン系・汎用系)でプロジェクトマネージャー経験(2年以上)※管理していた規模は不問
・プロジェクトの管理を経験されたことがある方(管理=各種業務調整、進捗管理、メンバー管理などした事があること)
