Roles and Responsibilities:

Team mission

"To provide comprehensive legal support for business and corporate activities, effectively managing and resolving legal issues within the group."

Day-to-day responsibilities

1. Creation and review of contracts related to business operations, and negotiations
2. Providing legal advice to development, business, and administrative departments
3. Handling inquiries related to internal processes associated with contract execution and other contract-related matters
4. Binding, stamping, sending, collecting, and filing legal documents such as contracts (office work may be required)
5. Administrative interactions with law firms and external vendors, including handling invoices
6. Managing, maintaining, and improving internal databases and systems, such as contract databases
7. Other administrative tasks within the team

仕事内容

• 事業に関する契約書の作成やレビュー、交渉
  開発部門・ビジネス部門・および管理部門への法的問題に対する助言
  契約締結手続きなど、契約関連の社内プロセスに関する問い合わせ対応
• 契約書等の法的文書の製本、捺印、発送、回収、ファイリング (オフィスでの作業が必要な場合があります)
• 法律事務所や外部業者との事務的なやり取り、請求書対応など
• 契約データベースなどの社内データベースやシステムの管理、維持、改善
• その他チーム内の事務的作業

Requirements

Required Experience:

1. Experienced paralegal with a background in law firms or tech startups
2. Proficient in reviewing and drafting contracts in Japanese
3. Skilled in utilizing Office Suite, GSuite, and open to using various SaaS, such as Slack
4. Ability to support office procedures and handle paperwork
5. Excellent communication skills with native Japanese proficiency and conversational English

必須要件:

• 法律事務所またはIT企業でのパラリーガル・法務経験
• 日本語での契約書レビューおよびドラフト作業に精通している方
• Office Suite、GSuiteの使用経験、Slackなど様々なSaaSの利用に抵抗のない方
• 一般事務作業および書類作成作業
• 日本語:ネイティブレベル
• 英語:日常会話レベル
• コミュニケーション能力に優れている方

Nice to have experience:

1. Proficient in reviewing and drafting contracts in English
2. Experienced in managing contract databases and other systems
3. Familiar with corporate registration processes
4. Business level English
