Head Teacher - Kindergarten

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Teacher to join our kindergarten team at an official Montessori school in the heart of Nagoya.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and guide students aged 3-6 years old using the Montessori method
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote academic excellence and social growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement

Requirements:

• Certification in Montessori education or equivalent experience
• Native-level English language proficiency (accent from around the world welcome)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a small, boutique-style international school setting
• Possess excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
