仕事内容:

建築施工管理とは、工事現場を総合的にマネジメントし、建築物が計画通りに完成するよう進行を管理する業務です。現場に足を運び、作業の進捗、安全性の確保、予算内での施工などを調整します。日々の業務には、職人との打ち合わせや関係機関とのやりとりも含まれます。


★業務内容

・各種書類作成・提出

検査書類・写真帳など、提出用資料の整理と記録

・原価管理

仕入・発注履歴の確認とコスト差異の分析

・品質管理

定期点検を通じた施工精度の維持と対応策の提示

・安全管理

作業現場の巡回、安全教育、災害防止の活動推進

・協力会社・職人との調整

施工時の業者間の連携を確保するための情報共有

・資材・機材の手配・管理

不足資材の把握と即時発注・搬入の対応

・工程管理

急な変更にも対応可能な工程管理と計画修正
