関東圏内の観光地を巡る

関東を中心に、各地の観光地(都内や、山梨/群馬のフルーツ狩り、温泉街などまでお客様をお連れします見学ツアーや、社員旅行・修学旅行など…。目的地が様々あるので、日々新鮮な気持ちで働けます

運転席から眺めるのは、春の桜並木や夏の爽快な海岸線、秋の紅葉、冬の澄んだ夜景――。季節ごとに表情を変える景色を毎日楽しめるのは観光ドライバーならではの特権です

安心の研修&先輩フォローで未経験デビュー

入社後は点呼・車両点検の基礎から接客マナー、ルートのコツまで段階的にレクチャー。先輩が同乗してフォローするので「大型バスは初めて」という方も着実にスキルアップできます

チームワーク抜群和気あいあいの社風

同年代はもちろん、20~60代まで幅広い仲間が在籍。ツアーの合間に情報交換したり、休憩室で地元グルメを語り合ったり――温かい雰囲気の職場だから長く続けやすいと評判です

『仕事の流れは?』

具体的なお仕事の流れは、

点呼後、アルコール検査や

バスの点検・座席の清掃などの

準備をして出発します。

お客様の観光時間は

待機時間になるので

道を調べたりしながら過ごします。

営業所へ戻ってからは、

車内の清掃を行い、点呼をして

業務終了になります。

求める人材:

大型自動車第二種免許(必須)

20代30代の若手から、

40代50代のミドル中高年・シニアの方まで歓迎です

未経験・経験者とわず歓迎

性別とわず男性女性活躍中です。

また、Iターン・Uターンを考えている方も

存分にご活躍いただけます。

勤務時間・曜日:

変形労働時間制(1ヶ月単位)

お仕事の日はそのツアーの内容によりますが、日帰りでのものがほとんどです
