スキル・資格

・メディアまたは編集部での編集実務経験

・編集業務に加えて、編集部全体の運営や調整業務に関わっていただける方

・編集・制作・進行・調整など、複数の業務を同時に進められる方

・編集・ファッション・ビューティー・カルチャーへの関心と理解

・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

業務内容

概要:

Vogue Japan編集部に所属し、Head of Editorial Content(HoEC)および編集部全体の円滑な運営をサポートするポジションです。HoECの秘書業務および日常的な業務サポートを行いながら、プリント、ウェブ、イベント、ソーシャル、ビデオといった全プラットフォームにおいて、編集部の制作および業務進行を幅広く支えていただきます。

編集業務への理解および実務経験を活かして編集部内で発生するさまざまな業務に柔軟に対応しながら制作・進行・調整を担い、

また、編集チーム・社内各部署・外部パートナーとの連携を通じて、Vogue Japanの編集活動とブランド価値を支える重要なポジションです。

主な業務内容(Key Responsibilities)

1)HoEC・編集部のサポート

・Head of Editorial Contentの秘書業務全般 (スケジュール管理、会議調整、出張手配、各種調整業務)

・編集長および編集部メンバーの業務が円滑に進むための日常的なサポート

・機密情報を含む連絡・資料の適切な管理および対応

2)オペレーション・管理業務

・編集部の業務フローおよびオペレーションのサポート

・ファイリング、ドキュメント管理、オフィスシステムの運用サポート

・会議資料、企画資料、ボードパック等の準備・管理

・必要に応じて、予算管理、請求・経費処理などの管理業務補助および現場サポート

3)編集部業務・制作サポート

・制作進行および編集部業務全般のサポート

・プリント、ウェブ、イベント、ソーシャル、ビデオなど各プラットフォームにおける編集部業務対応

・撮影、企画、特集、イベント等に関する社内外の窓口業務

・編集意図を的確に理解したうえで、外部クリエイター、PR、クライアント、各関係者との連携・調整を行う

4)イベント・プロジェクト対応

・編集部主導のイベントやプロジェクトの運営管理

・社内関係部署および外部パートナーとの調整・連携

・イベントの運営サポートおよび事前準備
